| Earth Charter Initiative |
The Initiative of the Earth Charter is the collective name of the global network of individuals, organizations and institutions involved in promoting the Earth Charter and implement its principles in practice. The Initiative is a broad-based, voluntary efforts of civil society, participants include leading international institutions, national government agencies, university associations, nongovernmental organizations, cities, religious groups, and many well-known leaders in sustainable development.
