Zeitz Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in Germany, which focuses on sustainable development, sustainable management of ecosystems and conservation. The foundation was established in 2008, Jochen Zeitz, and is based in Kenya is represented in the United States and Great Britain.

Robin Wood is a German environmental protection. The group was founded in 1982, former members of Greenpeace who wanted to spread a grassroots organization with greater autonomy to respond to specific local issues in Germany.  Robin Wood is based in Bremen and in 2008, consisted mainly in the Autonomous Region of 03:00 Group of Germany.
Initially concerned with the preservation of German forests, especially the Black Forest  the efforts of activism group later expanded to include the conservation of rain forests, paper recycling, reduce acid rain and related fields . Robinwood phases "sensational" events of confrontation and protests public awareness.  Although peaceful, the demonstrations described as "often illegally."  The group publishes the quarterly journal Robin Wood Magazin.

Naturschutzbund Deutschland ("Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union")

On the Deutschland nature ("Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union"), or NABU, a German non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to conservation and abroad, including the protection of rivers, forests and various species of animals.

Nabu is one of the largest conservation groups and more known in Germany and worked for over 100 years of man and nature. Nabu to achieve specific conservation objectives, projects, maintains a research institute, manages environmental education and to inform the media and public opinion on important issues related to environment and nature conservation. The company is officially recognized by the German state of society and environmental conservation with the task of public affairs (Träger öffentlicher Belang), and should therefore be consulted on matters relating to the ecology.

NABU has about 450,000 members (as of: February 2008) as active conservationists and supporters. They are organized in more than 1,500 local groups in Germany.

BUNDjugend (Young Friends of the Earth, Germany) is a youth organization is the Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland (BUND). As the youth organization of the environment BUNDjugend fights nature and the environment. BUNDjugend was founded in 1984 and is divided into various state organizations. All members of BUND under 27 are automatically members of BUNDjugend no additional cost. Currently, about 43 000 active members.
