Wildlife Committee (legal name desert western Canada Committee) is an environmental education nonprofit dedicated to the protection of natural areas of Canada and the species. Paul George, director and founder, created the Wilderness Committee in the province of British Columbia (BC) in 1980. Now employs over 30,000 people, based in Vancouver and field offices in Victoria (BC), Manitoba (MB) and Toronto (ON).
Paul George, director and founder, published a history of the organization: large trees, large strains.
Other militants key to the Wildlife Commission in recent years have Adriane Carr, Colleen McCrory, Stoltmann Randy, Ken Lay, Joe Foy, Andrea Reimer, Ken Wu, Gwen Barlee and Nik sleeve.
