Environment Agency Wales (Welsh: Asiantaeth Amgylchedd Cymru year) is an Assembly sponsored public body. This is the part of the Environment Agency covering Wales. Regional offices of the Environment Agency is based on the concept of watershed management and administrative boundaries, therefore, follow the crests of the major rivers. Environment Agency Wales has been defined by river basins are determined by the watershed is of the eastern tributaries (if any) of the River Dee, the source of the river Rheidol, Dyfi River, River Tywi and the River Wye. Since 2010 the operational limits of the Environment Agency Wales has changed and is defined by the political border between England and Wales up watersheds.
