World Union for Protection of Life |
The International Union for the Protection of Privacy Act (German: zum Schutz des Lebens Weltbund, French: Union for the Protection of Life, Russian: Всемирный союз для защиты жизни) is an international non-profit and non-government Founded in 1958 in Salzburg (Austria) by the writer Günther Schwab. The concept of privacy is considered different from the protection of the environment, since it was used by the United Nations Programme for Environment (UNEP), if this organization was founded as a result of the United Nations Conference on Environment Human in 1972.
Günther Schwab is known as the author of the screenplay for the film Der Förster vom Silberwald (Heimatfilm, literally, the movie house), published on November 25, 1954 in Vienna (Echo der Berge) and February 8, 1955 in Munich. In his novel Der Tanz mit dem Teufel (Dance with the Devil), Günther Schwab offers its expressions of feeling for nature conservation and describes the destruction of nature as a plan of a demon that looks really exists. The book was translated into many languages, the English translation was published in 1963. In 1958, Schwab started installation of an organization with the International Union for the Protection of the name of life, which was recorded as the International Union for the Protection of Privacy Act two years later and soon offices in over 30 countries around the world.
